This is a very versatile oven with lots of presets and fairly easy to set up but there is one feature they need to add so you don't burn yourself or start a fire. When you open the doors before the timer goes off the oven continues working and doesn't shut off. It would be very easy to catch a potholder or towel on fire. I've burned my arm on the door because of this. It doesn't make sense that they didn't put a kill switch on the doors.
