Very disappointed in this product. I bought this for my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. I’ve always bought portable charging packs from anker and never had any issues until this one. This states it is 10,000 PD but there is no way it’s 10,000. I barely get 1 full charge out of it. It should last at least 2 if not more full charges. Very dissatisfied with this product and wouldn’t recommend it. I have about 7 anker charging packs (from 5000 to 20,000) that I’ve bought over the years and they have always been far superior to other brands in the market. I was surprised that this one was such a dud.
