****UPDATE**** the company has sent me multiple emails, I’m very broken English, offering to pay me to delete my review. I told them I’d love the money back that I wasted on the product, but I believed people needed to know that the product is faulty and not quality and would NOT delete my review. They offered money again to me because they are a “small family business” that didn’t want bad reviews. Yeah right!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: We bought two of these for two children who still have an occasional accident at night. After two washes (one when we got them brand new out of packaging. Another with an accident on each pad.) these are already ripping on the waterproofing!!! I am just barely outside of the 30 day return window for amazon and I’m extremely unhappy. I thought they would hold up a lot better because they do seem like good quality. But this is happening to BOTH mattress pads. I have followed the washing and drying instructions explicitly. I have a very new large capacity washing machine and dryer. This is the lack of quality, not my machines or my use of the mattress covering.
