Ordered it, received it, and it worked for 10 minutes and thereafter only sporadically
The title really says it all. I double checked with my other external DVD drive with my laptop (Dell) and all the DVDs I tried worked fine, plus I checked the DVDs with my built in drive on my HP desktop. All the DVDs worked great. I am sending it back for a refund (yes - I still love Amazon!) and plan to purchase a different one.
