Unfortunately not accurate
I tested this with 3 torque wrenches, a Mac, Proto & Snap On. I set all torque wrenches to the same setting then attached the AC Del Co torque adapter and recorded its readings. Mac will be listed at M, Proto as P and Snap-On as SO.

To sum it all up, the AC Del Co torque adapter reads a higher torque reading, so you end up under torquing your nut or bolt. For example, if you're using the AC Del Co torque adapter and torque it to 65-69 ft/lbs, its actually around 50 ft/lbs. That kind of inaccuracy is not acceptable with a precision instrument.
