I've gone through two pairs of these shoes in two months. The first pair ripped right at the side stitch so I thought I needed a wider size. I was willing to chance it because these are very comfortable and don't require any breaking in. I live in New York City so I am always looking for a great pair of flats. However, after less than a week of wear, the new pair is ripping at the same spot! I'm heartbroken because these shoes are otherwise perfect. For reference, I've never had this issue with a pair of shoes before. I'm petite in height and weight and my foot is very average in width. However, I don't want to keep repurchasing a new pair every month. I wish the company produced a better-made version of these. I would happily pay more to have them not fall apart!
