Amateurish
Quite frankly, this is an amateurish quickly made documentary meant to make a fast buck from Susan Boyle's fame. If you have an all-region DVD player, get the British "Susan Boyle Story" from the BBC which you can get for about $15.00 on Ebay. It's much better done.
