I hooked this product up and only 4 of the lights worked. They sent me a new strand without any bulbs in it. I had to remove the bulbs from the original strand and assemble into the new strand. The lights connect with 2 flimsy copper wires and are to be slid into 2 sleeves. The copper wires are easily bent and broken when assembling - causing the bulbs not to work now. After reaching out to customer service again they would not do a full replacement and recommended I buy a new strand. No thank you I will not purchase anything from them again.
