First off, the seller and shipping were both fast and wonderful...the printer itself is junk. I got it all set-up and was ready to go. The first thing that I tried to print came out in bright blue. Once I started to troubleshoot the printer I found that it wouldn't do anything in black ink. The cartridge was brand new. I ran 5 cycles of the printhead cleaning process. It didn't help. I called HP and spent 90 min with their tech support and nothing helped. We also discovered in that process that the copy function didn't work. The attached picture shows that; it only printed about 5% of what was on the page it scanned. The HP tech suggested I return the printer and that's what I'm doing. I regret ever buying it.
