I wanted it to work for my old cat, but it was counterproductive in that it irritated his bladder, even causing him to urinate blood and hang out in the cat box. As it is an expensive tincture,and I didn't want to think it was causing the problem, I stopped administering it until his irritation cleared, and tried again with a lower dose. No blood, but same cat box loitering. I researched the ingredients online, some of them list bladder irritation as a possible side effect.
