Filters last for 2 weeks. Many people have complained about this and even contacted the company, but they have done nothing. These replacement filters are not as good as the ones I bought from Costco. I have been using Zero water for almost 2 years and the quality has gone DOWN, way down. They are supposed to last 4-6 weeks. These last 2 weeks (and where I live the water is not that bad. usually tap water has 200-250 ppm . Horrible customer support. I saved 4 filters to send back to the company, but when I read online that other people have complained with no results, I gave up. DO NOT BUY!!!
