Received this item on time, had no problems with the shipping. The phone is in great aesthetic condition. However, the phone itself does not work because it is not unlocked. After a very long and arduously time consuming process through different customer service representatives, I was also informed that the phone is still attached to an account that owes money on the phone. I would not recommend buying from this seller. Any simple test of trying out a sim card in the phone would have made it obvious that the phone was still attached to a specific account and therefore, not unlocked. I'm very disappointed in the purchase and will be returning.
