Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I ordered one, and it didn't work. Called FLIR, the customer service guy admitted there was a problem with some of these and to order another one. I did, same results. Didn't work. FLIR needs to work on their quality assurance program and they need to tall Amazon they have defective product and get them off the shelf. I'm sure I'm not the only one to whom this has happened...
