This was a great TV until this morning when it locked me out of all the smart functionality unless I opted in to interest-based advertisements. I connected with a Samsung customer support rep who provided remote assistance by opting me into the advertising after I told them numerous times not to. The only way to opt out was to fully reset the TV, and even then that only opts out of interest-based advertisements, not all advertisements. This is unacceptable for a premium product. I'm waiting to hear back from Samsung about an official full opt out, or I'm sending it back to Amazon.
