I bought this item so I could reduce the wear and tear on my back and neck. The first day I used it, I pulled the adjustment piece on the strap and without much effort the piece of hardware came off. For as much as I paid for this, I can't believe these are attached so cheaply. Next time I will look at at a different manufacturer.
