Only read the reviews of people who have had the faucet for at least a month!! You may be paying a plumber twice...
I loved this faucet. I loved the look, the swivel, the way that you take the sprayer off the handle and replace it like a microphone! BUT: 3 things, and they all have to do with the sprayer nozzle. 1. Upon first install, we realized that when you click the black button on the nozzle, it stays in that mode until you click it again, meaning, most nozzles default back to stream when you turn off the water, this one does not. Not a big deal, but annoying sometimes to turn on the water, forget that it was in spray mode and have it splash like mad off of something in the sink and spray my shirt. But again, we loved the faucet so learned to always switch to stream before shutting the water off. 2. The pressure of the stream was not great, but the sprayer was really strong - we were ok with this too, but again it wasn't ideal. 3. This faucet doesn't have even 2 month's longevity. No concerns with leaks or anything like that, but over time we started getting less and less water in our stream mode. Now, it is down to a trickle. If you hold the black button in, you can get a normal stream, but who has a 3rd hand to hold a button when you are washing?! Sometimes the spray mode loses its uummph as well. The black button is the problem I think for most of the bad reviews in this forum - I guess that's where they cut corners because the actual faucet is really sturdy. This faucet will be returned and a new model installed. Very unhappy about paying a plumber to RE-DO the job. So - Buyer Beware. This isn't like returning a sweater for a refund - this return includes the added cost of skilled labor. Think very carefully before you make this purchase.
