This ball is not approved by the USAPA for tournament play. It says on the description that it is, but that is incorrect. You can search online for the most up-to-date approved ball list as of 5/16/18 (or see pictures) and I suggest you purchase one of these if you are a serious pickleball player. There are a few other ONIX balls on this approved list, but none of them are the Pure 2 Outdoor. I purchased these balls because of the description, but after getting them a friend told me they are not approved and I have sent them back. I am more than willing to change this review if I have been misguided by the USAPA website.
