Complete rip off for the price. You can buy this stuff at Home Depot for super cheap and then cut it yourself with a good pair of scissors or a razor blade. It is located in the carpet section where they have the "outdoor" carpeting on those huge rolls and they cut you the length you want.
I made one and it cost me less than $5.
