This is a great router all around. The reason I gave it on star is the VPN deception. If you want to use a VPN with this Netgear Router you have to subscribe to PureVPN. Your choice is only one company. If you already paid and subscribe to a alternate VPN too bad. This is not advertised until you actually try and set up a VPN. The instructions say to go to the router setting and select a VPN. When you go to the setting you find out that there is only one VPN to select buy there recommended VPN or "No VPN for You". I guess a lot of people do not use VPN's because there is no outrage.
