Too good to be true.. I will start off by saying that this 60x60x72" Grow Tent was exactly what I was looking for. Well that is until I received it. I made sure to meticulously measure my grow room which is in an attic loft area. I liked this grow tent because according to the illustration with the dimenions it should have fit perfect, even with the sloping sides of the loft. However, the product dimensions were larger by several inches on the straight wall sides. This minor difference doesn't fit in my allotted area. There was also several pieces that were either missing or incorrect. I originally contacted Vivosun about the issue and was hoping to receive correct parts that would work as described. Vivosun dismissed me over email and told me to contact Amazon. I was not happy about that. So I then contacted Amazon's customer service. They want me to return this big box which I destroyed when opening because it said not to use a knife, so I ripped into box. What makes me most upset is that I had planned and measured so meticulously before purchasing because I wanted to make sure what I was ordering would work, as accepting and returning this product would be an issue for me. I finally dropped the ball after several months of research. I also had to take off work to accept this package from UPS. The box states vivosun grow tent which I was slightly uncomfortable about. So now I have to go through the entire process again. It sucks because I have to take this big duct taped box with incorrect and missing parts to UPS, which is approximately 2hrs away, as I live in a rural area. So yeah Vivosun has caused a few major inconveniences. I am So Disappointed.
