I can not recommend this because of the addition of citric acid, which will convert to citrate in this formula. Citrate interferes with Ceruloplasmin, which can lead to iron dysregulation & health issues. Please research Morley Robins FB group Magnesium Advocacy Group and the “root cause protocol”. It’s eye opening and life changing. Citrate needs to go, along with citric acid. Look to NOW mag powder (with no additives) or Jigsaw.
