Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I installed this cartridge last week, along with the Cyna, and my machine is stating the black is totally empty and needs replacing and they Cyan is half full. I am really unhappy with my Epson WF 3720 and the black ink cartridge does feel empty. There's no way I used this ink because an error code kept coming up and I could not print ANYTHING...I plugged it back up this morning and the empty cartridge message comes up. I will not purchase another Epson printer - ever again....when the one I have at home (I have one at work, too) dies it will not be replaced by an Epson and I am looking for a new one for work, too. Cheaper to buy a printer every time than OEM cartridges. I don't like leaving negative reviews but Epson really deserves a negative review.
