Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

First off let me state that I purchase items on Amazon based on reviews of others. I purchased this hoping it would work because it had so many positive reviews. I don't know what is going on with the positive reviews, but this was no different than using water. I went into the bathroom at work today and was actually shocked at how my wrinkles looked deeper and more pronounced. It's not working!!! I have used it faithfully everyday for over a month and can't see any difference. I seriously debated if I got a bad batch or what. What am I doing wrong. I really wanted it to work.
