I originally wrote a very good review because this was exactly what I was looking for at a great price (lightning deal)! I love the color, size, and amount of padding. However, after only 1 month of using it, there are multiple things broken on it from normal use (all pictured): - The elastic bungee cord on the water bottle pocket popped out of its seam connecting it to the bag, which I sewed back in. - The plastic aglet on the bungee cord fell off within a week of having the bag, and without being disassembled/messed with. - Finally, and what was the dealbreaker for me, was noticing that one of the clips on the bottom of the bag (there's one on each side to attach to the cross-body strap) had been ripped from its seams from normal use. Very unhappy with that amount of damage after normal use for only 1 month. I carry around a planner, a small 5x7 notebook, my contigo water bottle, a portable charger, and sometimes and umbrella. I don't consider that to be enough weight to cause that kind of damage. All that said, I'd really love to keep this bag style and get a replacement. I purchased a protection plan/insurance from a third party, and I'll be pursuing a replacement bag through that. I had no way to contact the seller directly even though they claim to be a small business.
