I got it because of the 4.5 stars reviews from more than 2,000 people. I also paid for the amazon professional installation. I had it for about a week and suddenly one day, it fell down. It disengaged from the sink and water spilled down to the bottom of the sink where we store our toaster and more. The installer more of a paid amazon handyman and his wife said that the seal burst or got caught. The same handyman and his wife said that the disposal was garbage. Handyman couple replaced the seal and put extra putty, but in a few days, it started to leak again. The same handyman couple who told me to hire an electrician, took photos and lie telling amazon that the electrician caused the damage. Now amazon manager Frank who does not want to even hear me out, sent me a couple of so sorry emails telling me that because the electrician manipulated the installation, they will not honor the guarantee and I am to fix my own leak and fix any damage to the cabinets. If I could give them less than a star, I would!
