When it worked it was great. On two different Kindles of this type (6" Wi-Fi only new Kindle) wi-fi failed after an hour. Both times it let me set it up and start downloading books, but then quit. Called support, but no mater what was tried (including updating) neither would connect. Both also were rebooting for no reason often. On the plus side, Amanda from support rocks. After the first one failed, she overnighted the second one to me. AND called back to make sure I got it and that it was working. The returns for both were handled promptly.
