Failed experiment
I took this religiously for two months, following the label directions exactly. I noticed no effect whatsoever (other than a lighter wallet).
Based on the preponderance of positive reviews here and elsewhere, it must help some people. It didn't help me. Don't be too surprised if it doesn't help you either.
