Absolutely horrible. A $19 French fry cutter works better. Thought we would replace our old plastic cutter with something heavy duty that would last. This wasn’t it. Blades were totally dull. Had to use all my strength to push a russet through after 3 or 4 attempts. My wife couldn’t even cut one. Totally unusable. Add to that you have to totally disassemble the machine to clean it, 3 thumb screws and 3 washers, and another two screws and washers for the push plate that have to be removed with a screwdriver, then you have to take a toothpick to remove all the potato bits stuck between the prongs. I even tried removing all the blades and sharpening them one by one, took about an hour, and after all that the $19 cutter still made smoother, easier cuts. Returned.
