When it works it’s great!! I have now been using this unit for 7 months and have had to completely reset and set up everything again 5 times! Randomly the system will stop working and a hard reset is all that will work. There is no reset in the app that will help at all. Let me just say that when you have to reset the whole system you have to create a new WiFi name because you can’t use any that you used before or it will halt the process and you will have to start over. Not only do you have to change your WiFi name, but you will then have to log in to every electronic you have in the house with your new WiFi info! So if you have Alexas, smart plugs, smart TVs, rokus, computers, Xbox, etc... you will spend the next at least hour of your life getting everything back online!!! I am so annoyed! I have called and spoken to customer service and they weren’t much help resolving this, as they told me I had to hard reset the system when this happens! So like I said, when it’s good, it’s good... but when it’s down, it’s a total pain and I hate it!
