Microsoft won't redeem this and now I can't return it through Amazon
I can't use this product. When I was directed to the microsoft website it won't let me get passed the redeeming part of setup. I'm getting an error message and i can't reach a live person at Microsoft. When I attempted to return the item, i am not given that option. Total waste of over $200 and this is akin to fraud. I'm reporting it as a fraudulent charge to my CC company
