I was so excited when I ordered this device. I live in rural West Virginia, and often lose power during wind/lighting/or snow storms. When I received this device, I never could get it to charge ANYTHING from the solar panel. I left in in the sun for an adequate time. So then I thought, ok...it's me..i'm doing something wrong. So, I emailed the company...NO response....I tried calling the company....NO response...The radio works...the light works...but forgive me...i bought it because of the solar charging capabilities. We camp, and we live in a rural region. It came with no instructions, I cannot find an instruction manual ANYWHERE....very very frustrated and disappointed.
