We bought this unit and used it 4 times over 10 days. At the 10 day mark I had noticed large 1/2 inch pieces of missing black paint that coat the bottom cooking surface. We ate those pieces of paint and were appalled that something so critical in product safety had been so poorly engineered. Suffice it to say I returned this product to Frenchmay immediately. This product should not be sold !
