Have had NOTHING BUT TROUBLE with this printer since purchase. Have purchased two drums because I was told that may be the problem as to why it's putting lines across every other page. As a court reporter, my transcript pages must be pristine, with no lines or blemishes. I'm now investing in a laser printer about three times the price of this one and hope that'll do the trick......at least it will hold twice as much paper as the tray with this printer holds and will print 21 more pages per minute than this one. I'm very disappointed and feel I wasted my money. Will now send to be recycled.
