This 6s wouldn’t download or hold information properly, the battery died every 2 hours so I had to buy another battery hoping it would help. By the 2nd day, noticed it would shut off for no reason, and the ringer did not ring or vibrate. Using the camera would trigger volume control. Since this company doesn’t help other than tell you to hard reset or send it back, I had to buy another phone (this time supported by Amazon) while still dealing the defective phone. My new phone supported by Amazon was great and well worth spending a little more, however I’m still waiting for a refund or correspondence from this company/companies even though they received the delivery several days ago. They are not service oriented; per their return emails, they go by several names; Preowned Verizon, My Wit, & Kanga Supply. For me this was a huge hassle and a costly experience.
