Perfect size for our home, worked great for 2 weeks, then motor would no longer turn which is essential for fully popped corn and no burning. Contacted the company, they did not want me to return it but asked me to send a video of problem, which I did but to no avail! I resent the video multiple times and no matter the format customer service claimed they could not open it. They would not honor my defective product. I am so disappointed and frustrated! Hence, I will not buy from them nor recommend their products bc it seems they are cheaply made and they know it.
