So i bought 15 pairs of darn toughs cos i thought they were so great, after two wears a pair has a huge hole in them! WTF!? thought they were tough? So I go to use the 'lifetime unconditional guarantee' and I have to ship them myself!. Which is half the cost of the socks... I bought 18 pairs in the last three months, which I told them. but this is the customer service you will get people. So be warned about that 'unconditional' life time guarantee, it has conditions!
