We have been feeding Blue Wildernesses to our beloved dogs for many years now and were pleased with it. However, the last bag we opened had a weird white,hard “thing” in the kibbles. Whatever this is, is very hard and won’t break....bone,maybe??? They look like animal nails (not saying they are nails, but look like it).Not sure but whatever it is shouldn’t be in the kibble, it is nothing from the ingredients list. I made a claim with Amazon, and they replaced the bag no questions asked. Unfortunately, the new bag, which is from a different lot also has the darn things in it. I tried contacting Blue directly but they are out on a training and won’t be able to answer till Monday, February 5th...No one can answer for about a week really??? I’m very concerned and disappointed. The picture shows some of the kibble with the white pieces and chips that I pulled out of the kibbles trying to figure out what the heck this is.
