Loved this hat until today. After 4 months, one of the snaps has pulled through the fabric and fallen off. Poor quality and workmanship. UPDATE--- I spoke with the manufacturer, and they were totally unwilling to help get this issue resolved. They offer 30-day exchanges only when purchased direct and not through Amazon. Even then, they offer NO WARRANTY on this product. This company does not stand behind their products--and I can see why! DO NOT BUY
