I got mine yesterday. You need two smartphones to make it all work!!! I went back and watched the videos and they do not indicate that you need two phones. In one video he just gives the ear piece to her and everything is up and running. She has no phone. They use two right earpieces by the way. In the other video the founder says just put the PHONE (not phones) in your pocket. Nor does he say phones in your POCKETS. The other person needs to download the app also. <sarcasm> Should be easy to talk someone in a foreign country into downloading an app on your say-so. That is if you speak their language because the ear pieces are not working yet. </sarcasm>. Then you need to connect and pair the two earpieces, which took about 20 minutes the first time. Want to talk to the next person? Start over. Download, pair etc ..... Not for walking in a restaurant or shop and doing business. I couldn't test mine because I didn't have a second smartphone with me. Can't be used as a standalone one phone and one ear piece. Really unhappy. Not what I thought I was getting. $250 ouch!
