I am a hairstylist, and in order to reopen our salon we must do temperature scanning prior to clients entering the salon. Right on the side of the box it states that user and thermometer must be in the same room for 30 min. I spoke to a nurse friend of mine and she said it’s crap return it. I haven’t even opened the box yet, this is completely unusable for me. I also read through some of the most recent reviews and I saw many Complaints of inconsistencies in readings.
