I sprayed the entire can in multiple strategic defense lines on my 4 x 7 foot patio and waited patiently for the enemy to arrive. Two hours later the spider came creeping in from the bushes. He was about the size of a quarter and looked as mean as you can imagine. I smiled, knowing victory would be mine. To my horror, he proceeded to waltz right down my defense line. He didn't just cross it once, he made a 90 degree turn and walked directly down the spray line. I watched for 5 more minutes as he strolled leisurely around, completely unfazed, as if to humiliate me further. Defeated, I retreated inside.
