1st - I installed this about 35 days after purchase because I've been busy. 2nd - It wouldn't power a 1000 watt microwave without shutting down after about 3 seconds. 3rd - I called the company and told them what it was doing and the girl that answered the phone acted like no big deal and that I would need a copy of my receipt, a picture of the serial number and a video showing and explaining what it was doing. 4th - Did all that was asked and e-mailed it to them. 5th - Even though website says they’ll answer emails within 12 hours waited 2 days and nothing. 6th - Called company and the girl looked my stuff up and said they are short handed but someone would get back with me by the end of the day...Nothing. 7th - Figured I was gonna have to eat it anyway so ran some test and the best it will do is run around 1400 watts continuously. 8th - Took it apart and it has 4 internal fuses that are a pain in the butt to get to but none of them were blown. 9th - Not impressed with the way this thing is made internally. Pretty cheap looking. Small wires. Looks like it would crash and burn at 4000 watts but no need to worry because it won’t do 4000 watts anyway. 10th - Bottom line. Forget what the sticker says it won’t pull 2000 watts much less 4000 watts but does a fine job pulling 1000 watts although its awful big for a 1000 watt inverter. 11th - I won’t buy anything else from this company. Lesson Learned. UPDATED The company contacted me and said they would be glad to exchange it if I wanted to. I replied yes I would do I pay shipping or you. 6 days have gone by, still no answer. Ok , I'm done.
