Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I ordered this mattress because of all the great reviews it had. It was meant to be used as a temporary bed while I wait for construction to end. Yes, it was pretty cool watching it go from a box to a full fledged mattress, but as excited as I was to get it, it was a huge disappointment. My initial instincts said that if they could fold this mattress into a box, its springs could not be very strong. I should have listened to my own instincts. The mattress is so soft, it's like sleeping on a bed of jello. There is no support what-so-ever. I tend to enjoy soft mattresses, but this one sinks as you sleep on it, so I wake up constantly throughout the night with back pains or with my head much lower than the rest of my body. It really is too bad, and once it's out of that box, there is no way to return it. Had read a few reviews with the same complaint. Should have listened to them.
