BUYER BEWARE! This item is falsely described as cozy comfort. There is limited padding; all you feel are hard springs. I’m under 100 pounds, yet the back creaked when I leaned against it. My son even tried to sit on it with pillows, which didn’t help. Good luck trying to return it! Their return policy states the customer pays for shipping. UPS ground quoted me over $200.00 (76 pound item), more than the $159 cost to purchase it! The company would not work with me at all to find a solution, even with the assistance of Amazon. Do not waste your money. My son found a very comfortable futon for the same price at a local store. Thank you Amazon for intervening and helping me with return shipping. Best Choice did nothing!
