This product is good material and I like that it was crash tested. Unfortunately, like other reviewers, my dog was able to wriggle out of it multiple times. I tried it on quite a few longer trips to make sure straps were on correctly, but still he managed to get out. This is a common issue after reading other reviewers. My dog is a mix, but does have a really broad chest which could have something to do with the fit not working for him. I took the time to try the product multiple times. After that, I decided to return the product. After putting in a request for return, the return got denied by the company because the return was processed 1 day after the 30 day return period. ONE DAY and they wouldn't accept the return despite me explaining that I wanted to try the harness multiple times and multiple trips to ensure it didnt work for my dog before returning it and I also wrote the return before the 30 day period. Overall, I think that the product can work for some dogs but I will not recommend this company to anyone due to their inflexibility or understanding. (Especially since this is a common issue among reviewers regarding dogs wriggling out of it)
