DO NOT SPLASH THE LIQUID THAT COMES OUT ONTO YOUR CLOTHES OR HANDS! It has an oily, very chemical consistency that does clean very easily. I had to take a suit, overcoat, shirt and tie to the dry cleaners to get it out and the liquid spill in my office didn't even dry, like most water does, or seep into the carpet for 4 days. I had to have maintenance come and clean the carpet and wash down the walls to get it removed.
