My recommendation - be 100% sure that you want this product. I ordered it for my dance studio when my current PEAVEY one quit working. I read lots of great reviews. The item arrived quickly. We set it up and we never could get a good sound from it. Music sounded really muffled. The fan is VERY LOUD - you can hear it all the way across the 40' dance room. We decided this product couldn't do what we needed. So....I contacted Amazon to return it. I paid for the shipping to return the item. $40. I got an email that my refund was being applied - however, it was $14.99 less than the price of the item. When I questioned it, I was told that there is a 10% re-stocking because the box had been opened! Ok - yes, I opened the box to set it up and learn that it wasn't what I needed. We boxed the item in all the original shipping box, securely taped it and returned it. When I saw the 10% fee, I checked their amazon listing and it says: within 90 days you'll receive a FULL REFUND IF NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED. As, I said, be 100% sure you want this item or it's gonna cost you $55+ to return it.
