I recently downloaded this app for my whole family. We downloaded it on to two Kindle Fires and two Samsung Galaxy S3s. We had a blast trying it out, and I thought it might be fun to purchase some of the in-games items. I purchased 1.2 million coins for about $2 for all four devices. Then I tried purchasing diamonds on my daughters Fire. The purchase never showed up. I thought this would be an easy issue to fix by contacting "My Singing Monster" support. LOL!!!! This incident happened on August 16th. I immediately sent a message to support and received an auto-reply. I waited another day and sent another message with another auto-reply message from the company. Finally on August 20th I sent a message that threatened to go to Amazon if my issues was not fixed. I received a reply saying they had been very busy and would get to it. They also asked for proper documentation that I had made the purchase. I sent the actual receipt to them. I heard nothing after that, so I sent my final message this morning on August 21st asking for an update. After a couple of hour I received a message that said there was nothing they could do. Here is the actual message, "My apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately as per Amazon’s refund policy I can’t refer you to them for a refund. That said you should still contact the Amazon store customer support team as they might be able to help you if you have a good reason to petition a refund." Essentially, he is telling me I can't get a refund from them nor will Amazon refund my purchase. Crazy thing is...I never asked for a refund. I JUST WANTED MY DIAMONDS! I don't know about you, but I don't want to spend money with a company that can't fix their issues. Therefore, my suggestion is to never spend money with this company. If you play the game, play it for FREE!
