This is an update after a couple months later from buying it.
I love this external harddrive, been using it for a while and have not had a complaint. Tech support was actually very helpful when I needed an answer. Would definitely buy again.

This is an update. For the past 2 months it keeps crashing. I have to unplug and plug it a few times in hope that it will start working again. Will not be buying this product again!
