Don't believe the 1 year warranty claim
These cups are fine to use and great for coffee but one of the four cups failed less than 6 months from purchase. When contacted for a replacement or refund a person named Andre answered by email that "glass is not covered in the warranty". The only material in the cup is glass so I'm not sure exactly what that means and he would not respond further. The take home message is that there is no warranty for failure of these cups. I would highly advise against buying them.
